Treats patients of all ages who suffered loss of upper, lower extremities function, balance, endurance, coordination or present with pain, or wounds/burns due to illnesses, trauma or surgery. This position follows the treatment plan designed by the physical therapist, reports any changes or findings directly to the physical therapist, and works with the patient and family members to achieve the highest possible level of independence.

**Sign on Bonus available** This position is responsible for providing patients with diagnostic radiologic testing. This includes the proper management of workflow to ensure that all patients receive the best care possible.
