1. Collaborates with co-directors and managers to develop continuing education and competency programs to meet standards of practice.
2. Develops and implements a strategic and operational plan for service areas that address quality improvement, financial performance, human resource management, information management and patient satisfaction.
3. Develops and implements a structure that integrates physicians into decision making with significant involvement in strategic planning.
4. Meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements and quality measures in collaboration with other disciplines, departments and managers.
5. Responsible and accountable for implementing, monitoring and achieving the highest outcomes of nursing sensitive indicators with a reporting relationship to the CNO for nursing quality outcomes.

EDUCATION

• A Master's Degree from a recognized college or university in Nursing or a closely related field is required.
• 8 Healthcare/Medical - Nurse: Registered Nurse Required
• 2 Yrs Director level experience in a multi-site Emergency Room, preferred
• Indiana Licensed Registered Nurse
