JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Must have excellent clinical coordination, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Must be knowledgeable of home health services and regulations.
- Must be able to work in a self-directed and collaborative environment.
- Must exhibit strong organizational, documentation and teaching skills.
EDUCATION
- Graduate of an acredited college of nursing as a Registered Nurse
- Associates Nursing Required
- Bachelors Nursing Preferred
- Two (2) years clinical experience in a Home Health setting.
- 2 Home Healthcare Preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse
