KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Basic computer skills (hospital intranet, email, MS Word, etc.)
- Developed problem-solving skills.
- Basic ability to operate hospital equipment (e.g., switchboard, paging system, etc.)
- Ability to interact effectively with external and internal customers to exchange information and enforce policy.
- Ability to communicate intelligently with outside agencies including the Police Department and Fire Department.
- Developed professional demeanor and positive disposition.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
- 2 Office Related Required
- 2 Healthcare/Medical - Receptionist/Information Clerk Required
- 2 Hospitality/Food Services Required
